Appraiser Affiliate Membership Fees

To receive active and comparative information the fees are as follows:

$250.00 one time set-up fee

$150.00 per quarter MLS dues pro-rated monthly

$400.00 TOTAL

Membership includes access to the Multiple Listing Service Database. You will be issued your own specific user name and password that is to be used only by you. You will be bound by the San Luis Obispo MLS Rules and Regulations.

Please include a completed application a copy of your appraiser license, a current business card, and the appropriate fees.
