Appraiser Membership Fees
To receive active and comparative information, the fees are as follows:
$250.00 one-time set-up fee
$150.00 per quarter MLS dues pro-rated monthly
Membership includes access to the Multiple Listing Service Database. You will be issued your own specific username and password that is to be used only by you. You will be bound by the San Luis Obispo MLS Rules and Regulations.
In order for us to process your membership, please submit the following:
- A completed application
- A completed coversheet
- A copy of your appraiser license
- Appropriate fees (all fees are subject to change) Fees may be paid by cash, check or Visa/MasterCard/Discover
- Choose a password (4-8 characters long) and place it in the upper right hand corner of the front page of the application.
Keycards are $10.00 + tax + pro-rated annual maintenance fee. Prior to receiving a keycard, you must watch a mandatory 25 minute usage video. Only the verified MLS subscriber or participant who the key is issued to, may pick up the card. Keycards will NOT be mailed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
