Clerical Access Fee: $150.00 a year

 LICENSED CLERICAL ASSISTANT- MUST hang license under a broker

 CAN:          Do anything for which a license is required and that is agreeable with the broker.

 MAY NOT:    Use the title of REALTOR®, have privileges of a REALTOR® member, (i.e. training courses, Q & A’s, legal access, etc.)

 
FEES:           Broker is assessed for each non-REALTOR® licensee        $391.00
