MLS Only Membership Fees

Broker Fees:    $225.00 one-time set-up fee + $150 per quarter (pro-rated monthly)

Agent Fees:     $150.00 per quarter MLS dues (pro-rated monthly)

 Membership includes access to the Multiple Listing Service Database. You will be issued your own specific username and password that is to be used only by you. You will be bound by the San Luis Obispo MLS Rules and Regulations.

In order for us to process your membership, please submit the following:

- A completed application

- Application coversheet

- MLS Participation Agreement (New Broker’s Only)

- MLS Waivers (New Broker’s Only) for all agents under broker license that will not be joining.  If more than 15 agents, one waiver with DRE record attached listing all agents is acceptable.

- A copy of your wall license

- Appropriate fees (all fees are subject to change) Fees may be paid by cash, check or Visa/MasterCard/Discover

Keycards are $10.00 + tax + pro-rated annual maintenance fee.  Prior to receiving a keycard, you must watch a mandatory 25 minute usage video.  Only the verified MLS subscriber or participant who the key is issued to, may pick up the card.  Keycards will NOT be mailed.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
