2.       Single Family residential properties include homes on a city lot, homes on acreage, planned unit developments and condominiums.

3.       Some Mobile Homes include the lot.

4.       Average sales prices can be misleading…average is determined by the actual total dollar amount of sales, divided by the number of sales and rounded to the nearest dollar.

5.       Lots/Lands includes Multi-family, Commercial, Residential and Agriculture.
